Use this guide when dreaming up your familiar’s adventure.

  • ✔Your familiar is the main focus of the artwork
  • ✔The world is public domain, folklore-based, or fully original
  • ✔Scenes may also be Genshin Impact–inspired (following fan art guidelines)
  • ✔Any additional characters are original, unnamed, or archetypal
  • ✔No logos, trademarked outfits, or direct recreations of copyrighted characters

These are wonderful ways to let your familiar roam freely…

🌟 Genshin-Inspired

  • “My cat as a Genshin-style catalyst mage”
  • “My fox familiar as a wind-element adventurer exploring a mystical archipelago”

📜 Fairy Tale & Folklore (Public Domain)

  • “My dog as a fairy-tale guardian from a Grimm-inspired forest”
  • “My cat as a librarian mage in an Alice-in-Wonderland style library”
  • “My owl as a messenger perched on a Bremen Town Musicians–inspired tower”
  • “My rabbit familiar exploring a forest filled with creatures from Aesop’s Fables”

🐾 Original & Genre Inspired

  • A cat familiar as a wizard, alchemist, or hedge witch
  • A dog companion as a brave knight, ranger, or quest guide
  • A fox, raven, owl, or crow acting as a spirit guide
  • A familiar inside a cozy RPG-style village, fantasy tavern, or magical cottage
  • Tabletop-inspired scenes with maps, dice, potions, spellbooks, and candles
  • Whimsical cartoon-style worlds with original characters only

Rather than copying existing worlds, these illustrations capture the feeling of adventure — filtered through magic, imagination, and your familiar’s personality.

✦ Requests I’m Unable to Accept ✦

To keep both the magic and the mundane in harmony… I cannot create artwork that includes:

  • Direct recreations of copyrighted characters
  • Trademarked costumes, logos, or branded items
  • Scenes copied from specific movies, games, or shows (unless specifically permitted, like Genshin Impact fan-art guidelines)

When something isn’t allowed, I’ll always suggest a safe alternative that still captures the spirit of your idea.

🎮 Games & Game-Style Worlds (Public Domain–Safe Concepts)

While most modern games are copyrighted, these styles and mechanics are not:

  • Medieval fantasy RPG worlds
  • Tabletop-inspired adventures (dice, maps, potions, quests)
  • Cozy village games with animal villagers
  • Dungeon-crawling with animal companions
  • Cottagecore, fairy forests, enchanted inns

✧ Important Magickal & Mundane Notes

This option is available only for:

  • Public domain worlds and characters
  • Games, shows, or stories from companies that openly allow the sale of fan-made artwork

I do not recreate copyrighted characters, logos, or scenes for properties that do not permit fan art sales. When in doubt, I’ll help you determine what’s safe and suitable.
